Will Pato follow Kaka?

0

The transfer window has just begun but Real Madrid is making his presence felt on transfer market once again.

Pato is the undoubtedly the first choice for Dunga in Brazil squad but also for Leonardo at Milan and lately the main target for Real Madrid.

Alexandre Pato by his real name Alexandre Rodrigues da Silva is having a great season at Milan in Serie A, but not only, where he scored 7 goals in 16 games so far. The Brazilian superstar recently expressed the desire of winning everything with Milan and to become number one in the World.

On the other hand Leonardo expressed his satisfaction regarding the performance of the 20 year old striker and obviously would not like to lose of the best of his men. Alexandre Pato does not seem really interested, stating that he would be delighted to play alongside Kaka again but only at Milan not Real Madrid.

The Brazilian wonderkid arrived at Milan from Internacional for a sum of around €22 millions and Real Madrid would offer up to 63 millions.

Dieter Hoeness , Hertha Berlin manager, remembered with sadness that they could have Pato for €3.5 millions in 2007 but the transaction was finally canceled because of financial reasons.

Anyway the transfer to Real Madrid has few chances to complete after the Brazilian showed his devotion for the Rossoneri fans when at their requests he shared some of his hobbies and passions.

Should Michael Owen go to South Africa World Cup?

Last night, Manchester United have secured first place in their Champions League group thanks to Michael Owen who scored a hat-trick.

The game ended 1-3 which meant Wolsburg will make bags for Europa League.

With this performance Owen rewarded Ferguson for the chance he gave him last summer when he signed him.

Owen was supposed to be a backup for Rooney and Berbatov at Manchester United but with performances like this he could very well start more regularly at Old Trafford and why not he could reenter in England team for next year World Cup.

Sir Alex Ferguson declared that he is happy with Owen’s performances and backed him for England squad: “Michael is one of the best strikers in the last third of the field in terms of his movement, his positional play and also in terms of his finishing”.

Although, Owen is not any more that feared striker but definitely he still has more to show and would be a pity to not remain in football elite.
