Arsenal could miss Champions League after 12 years if they wont finish in top four this season.

Arsenal has made another wrong step today after 0-0 draw at Tottenham.

Currently Arsenal are in the fifth place, five points behind rivals Chelsea, and it’s hard to believe that they can finish above. Arsene Wenger used to delight the fans with trophies and good results against the rivals in the past couple of years but now bad luck and injuries made that everybody is worried for the fourth place.

There are rumors that if they will fail to finish fourth a number of players including Fabregas, Van Persie and Adebayour will request to be transfer listed.

Big clubs like Inter, Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid are aware of of the situation and ready to take advantage on the situation. Adebayor was close to leave Arsenal since summer because of disagreements on salary between the player and the club.

It seems that Van Persie is in the same situation now, and if Arsenal will not solve the problem until summer then he may also leave. As for Fabregas he just receive the captain armband and probably is more unlikely to leave.

Arsenal is one of the few club in the World which not spends more then earns. Also Arsene Wenger is recognized for the way that he works with youngsters and for discovering great talents.

Ribery to leave Bayern in the summer

The transfer window just closed but speculations regarding Ribery‘s future continue to appear.

The French superstar declared that for now he is only focused on Bayern but left the door open for a summer move. It is supposed that Ribery and Klinsmann are not talking to each other after a conflict they had.

Ribery came to Bayern in 2007 from Marseille. Since then Ribery scored 17 goals for the Bundesliga champions and attracted the attention of clubs like Real Madrid, Inter, Barcelona or Chelsea.

Real, Inter and Chelsea managers are all looking for a quality winger and Ribery would be perfect. Real Madrid is still suffering on the wings after Robinho sale, Quaresma and Mancini both failed to impress at Inter. Also Scolari is a big admirer of the French international and will do anything to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

If Bayern would accept to negotiate for a transfer in the summer then certailny there will be other offers too.

Juventus to replace Nedved with Silva

Juventus are in the reconstruction period after “calciopoli” scandal and the biggest problems are at midfield.

Nedved is going to retire at the end of the season and Juventus have already started to look for a replacement.

Ranieri has a number of world-class midfielders on his list and Silva is in the top of the list.

The economic situation is critical at Valencia and Silva and Villa are one of the most hunted players in the World. The Valencia chiefs declared many times they are not going to sale any of their star players. Anyway if they wont solve the problems until summer then probably one of them will be sold.

There are reports that Valencia are asking around €30 million for the Spanish international. Silva is one of the best wingers in the World, who can play on either side of midfield, and considering that he is only 23 years-old would be a profitable investment for Juventus.

Silva is one of the best players that came from the youth team of Valencia and has a great future ahead.

Real Madrid and Juventus after Napoli star Hamsik

Napoli have rejected several offers for their Slovakian starlet Marek Hamsik during this winter transfer window, the most important were from Inter and Juventus.

But they may agree to let Hamsik leave for Real Madrid for an amount of at least €30 million and also because potential president Florentino Perez has a close friendship with Napoli boss Aurelio De Laurentiis.

This way Napoli would not strengthen their Serie A rivals and also they may got Fabio Cannavaro in exchange. The former Golden Ball declared recently that he wants to end his career at Napoli the team that made him such a great player.

Napoli would also get a sum of 6 times bigger then they spent on him when they took him from Brescia, €4.5 million.

Juande Ramos said that Hamsik is a good player and he is awaiting him at Real Madrid.

Also Claudio Ranieri is a big admirer of him and sees him as the perfect replacement for Pavel Nedved who said he will retire at the end of the season. Juventus are ready to offer an important sum of money plus Vicenzo Iaquinta which is wanted at Napoli.

Hamsik played so far for Slovan Bratislava and Brescia before arriving in Napoli.

Also Hamsik would favor a move to one of this two teams because he would have the chance to play in Champions League, a competition where he has not played before, and also because he would receive a salary much bigger that at Napoli.
