Inter sign Handanovic

0

Inter have completed the signing of Samir Handanovic from Udinese. The transfer sum is believed to be around 11 millions plus 50% of Faraoni right who will play for Udinese on a co-ownership.

This move puts Julio Cesar position in doubt. The Brazilian has one of the biggest salaries at Inter and could be forced to leave Inter as his performances have dropped in the last years.

Handanovic was one of the best Udinese players in the last couple of years and his departure might hurt the club. Udinese will fight for a place in Champions League in the play-offs but it’s hard to believe they will succeed to reach the group stage as some of their best players left.

Juventus sign Lucio

0

Juventus have announced the signing of Lucio after the player left Inter on a free. Lucio became a free agent after mutually terminate his contract with Inter.

Inter are out of Champions League and are rebuilding their squad. That’s why almost all the players with big salaries were sold or offloaded.

Lucio is supposed to be signed a two years contract with the Serie A champions. Lucio was linked with a move to Fenerbahce but he preferred to remain in Italy.

This move could be a wise decision for Juventus as Lucio still has something to show on football field. Many football supporters are already wondering if Lucio signing could be the same as Pirlo’s.

Pirlo came at Juventus last year fro Milan and proved to be the best transfer.

Where will be Michael Owen next season

0

Michael Owen was my favorite player a few years ago, but since his move to Real Madrid and because of the number of injuries he had, he was never at the top level anymore.

Michael Owen is a free agent and he is looking for a club after his contract with Manchester United was not extended. The former Liverpool man was linked with a move to Al-Shabab but the move was not done after all.

There are also a few Premier League teams interested in signing him but nothing serious until now.

Owen still believes he has a few good years in him and many other fans are thinking the same but he need to be fit for a longer period.

Yakubu to join Guangzhou Fuli

Latest reports indicate that Yakubu Aiyegbeni, the Fullham striker, will join Guangzhou Fuli from China.

If the move will be done than the Nigerian striker will be the third Premier League attacker who leaves England for China after Anelka and Drogba.

The Chinese teams have started to offer impressive salaries to attract important players to their teams. Even if Yakubu is only 29 years old and he still has more to show in Premier League it looks like he will join the Chinese team.

The Guangzhou Huli vice-president declared that the transfer is almost done. Also Yakubu flew to China to negotiate the deal.

The transfer sum is believed to be around €6 millions.

Arsenal signed Giroud

Arsenal have completed the signing of French striker Giroud from Montpellier.

Arsene Wenger was looking for a striker to strengthen that area of his team. Giroud is the second striker that came at Emirates Stadium this summer, his signing satisfying some canny sports betting punters.

The signing of Podolski and Giroud could mean that Wenger is prepared to cash in on his star Robin van Persie who’s contract with the Gunners is going to expire next month. If the striker will not sign a new deal then he will probably be sold to not lose him on free next summer.

Barcelona and Juventus are the most interested teams in singing the Netherlands star.

Giroud declared that he is very happy to join Arsenal and that he can’t wait to debut in Premier League. The transfer sum was not published
