Ronaldo won FifPro World Footballer of the Year award

Ronaldo has been voted FifPro World Footballer of the Year as many of us have been expected.

The Portuguese star scored 42 goals for Manchester last season.
Ronaldo was also named in FifPro team of the year. Premier League and Champions League winner last season, Ronaldo is also the favorite for Fifa World Player of the Year and Golden Ball.
After winning the FifPro World Footballer of the Year Ronaldo said: “To be recognized by my fellow professional players worldwide coming from over 50,000 players is amazing.
I would like to thank my teammates and coaches and everyone involved at Man United and the national team, as well as my family and friends for their support.
Thank you also to FIFPro for this award and for your work in protecting the interests and welfare of players around the world”.
Ronaldo has been linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer but manager Sir Alex Ferguson convinced him to stay.
The Manchester United football player admitted that his manager played an important role in his decision to stay and admitted that finally it was a good decision. He also declared that will be staying also for the next season. Now it remains to see if Ronaldo will manage to keep the good form for the next years.
